Pet Stay FAQ

How much time do you spend with my pet?
We will be with your pup 24/7, to ensure they feel safe and loved. No pup is ever left alone. I take caring for your pooch very seriously and this is my full time job, so you can rest asured that your pup is safe.
How will I be billed?
Once a booking has been made, you will receive a booking confirmation & an invoice, you may pay via bank transfer, PayPal or credit card over the phone. Payment must be made to secure the booking.
What size dogs do you accept?
We look after small - medium-sized And only compatible dogs.
Will you exercise my pet?
Yes! Your dog will get exercised every day (walks/ beach romps are pending on weather).
Is your backyard fenced?
Yes! We have a secure colourbond fence. And have every area secured to avoid any escapes!
Are you insured?
Yes! We have insurance to not just cover public liability / professional indemnity, but also to cover veterinary care if ever needed.
How many dogs do you have at the one time?
We mainly host 1-4 dogs at a time. Occasionally we take on more in peak seasons, with permission from owners.
Will my pet get the same host every time?
Yes! Your pup will only ever stay with me & my husband, I do not contract out work to 3rd party sitters. So your pup will get to know us like family!
